Responsibilities:

• 8- 10 Years of Experience in large scale end to end complex project delivery.
• The incumbent should be able to estimate, define workstreams, staffing profile, work plans and able to execute and monitor deliveries to success
• Proven experience of managing multi-site project involving diverse technology stack
• Experience in vendor management
• Experience in setting up tools to manage deliveries and proven ability to act upon any deviations to plan.
• Ability to manage risk and dependencies for a complex multi parties project delivery
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Provides SME level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the MM, WM, MRP, Logistics execution, and EWM modules with S4 Hana experience.
• Good knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, sub-contracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment, etc.
• Must have good hands-on experience in Picking and packing, handling units, stock replenishment, fixed bin replenishment, picking strategies, Put-away strategies, Inventory processes, storage unit management, Cross-docking and Yard management, Batch Management, Stock transfer, Return to Vendor process and scrapping, etc.
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendation

Education:

The following qualifications are required / preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology
• Minimum of 8 -10 years consulting experience in SAP Consultant.
• Expertise as functional consultant.
• Experience in multiple modules of SAP, MM, WM, MRP, WWM S4 Hana
• Experience in implementation and Delivery
• Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
• Structured communication
