Product Manager
Robert Walters are partnering with one of the UAE’s largest healthcare providers as they look for a talented Product Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation and execution of product implementation that drives growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategy for better customer conversion and retention
- Able to conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis to understand the market and customers’ needs and how to achieve them effectively
- Work with regional teams and understand their local needs, to ensure the standard product solution is flexible enough to meet the local needs
- Develop a mid-long term product roadmap of your working scope
- Prioritize product features, lead end-to-end product development lift cycle with business operations, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality experiences
- Collaborate with the data team, inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, usability studies, competitor analysis)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or similar degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, particularly in data-driven solutions, AI, and ML.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
- Ability to extract insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product marketing principles.
- Strategic thinker balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
