Job Description
- Pre-contract budgeting & estimation experience from Developers OR Cost Consultant is a must
- Candidate must have hands on experience right from Pre Concept High Level Estimate, Schematic Estimation, Detailed Design upto Tender Estimation of the project
- Should have worked on mix of buildings & villa development projects / Only building projects
- Well versed with the prices and rates (Civil & MEP items for UAE Market)
- 12-15 years of experience
- Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Civil / MEP and related field
