The role:

Teams are the organizational areas responsible for the delivery of client visa application and corporate compliance work in Fragomen. This team approach is designed to maximize efficiencies, ensure ownership of work and to empower team members to design work practices to meet the expectations of their clients.

Managers at Fragomen are responsible for the day-to-day management of client relationships. Managers are also responsible for ensuring work is completed within service standards and to professional standards expected of the firm. Managers hold responsibility for the supervision of staff working in the -UAE Inbound practice and are directly responsible for the oversight of core team functions. These functions include billing, Fragomen Connect usage and adherence to agreed best practices. Finally, managers are required to identify new work opportunities for the firm and undertake actions to acquire new work for the practice with the support of the Partners and Senior Managers.

Managers are responsible for ensuring professional delivery of the team’s work. Work output includes allocating work, monitoring workflows, day-to-day client contact, preparing applications and reporting on team performance.

What your responsibilities will look like:

  • Determine team capacity, manage workflow, report to senior management and manage under-performance
  • Generate leads and drive revenue generation from high net worth individuals seeking residency and citizenship by investment support
  • Research and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing Fragomen’s residency and citizenship by investment offering across the MEA region
  • Support with the delivery of immigration services to high net worth individuals, including managing relationships, guiding / mentoring junior team members, and liaising with third party stakeholders
  • Provide billing estimates, assist with credit control, lead training sessions and calls with clients
  • Identify service improvements, agree fee schedules, provide technical expertise and escalation points
  • Manage on-boarding new clients, networking/profile raising, speaking at events; draft articles and make contributions to technical training and precedents
  • Specialize in residency and citizenship by investment programs for high net-worth individuals
  • Work with Partners or Senior Managers to review staff and set targets, monitor performance and mentor junior staff
  • Participate in interviews with external candidates; deal with complex queries, research and high-profile matters with support from juniors
  • Manage, strengthen, and develop client relationships
  • Contribute to client meetings, manage relationships with partners, clients, other managers, Global CSMs and other relevant bodies
  • Display professionalism and efficiency in all communications
  • Provide tailored, fit-for-purpose, technically sound, and compliant immigration advice to individuals seeking residency or citizenship by way of investment
  • Conduct external and internal meetings, communicate clearly and deliver information effectively
  • Alter presentation style to suit an audience and listen effectively
  • Give performance feedback and criticism in a balanced, constructive and tactful manner

The team:

The PCP team in Dubai is led by a Senior PCP Manager, to whom you will report in this role. The team comprises three consultants at varying levels: a Junior Consultant, a consultant, and a Senior Consultant. The Senior PCP Manager, in turn, reports directly to the Practice Leader for the DIFC office.
