Job Description
- Manage and oversee all trade finance operations, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and documentary collections.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and banking policies.
- Review and analyze trade finance documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve trade finance issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor and reconcile trade finance transactions and accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding trade finance processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in trade finance regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate trade finance reports and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in trade finance or related areas (e.g., Certified Documentary Credit Specialist).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade finance operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, banking practices, and trade finance products.
- Experience working in a multinational organization or financial institution is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex trade finance documents.
