Accounts Payable Team Lead
The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking accounts payable team lead to join our our established and growing team in UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the accounts payable team, including managing processes and verifying the accuracy of invoices.
- Training and supervising accounts payable team members and review their work.
- Developing and maintaining efficient accounts payable systems and processes.
- Receiving, reviewing, and verifying invoices, ensuring complete and accurate information is recorded.
- Ensuring accuracy of inventories and review of general ledger accounts.
- Investigating, analysing, and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing reports for management review.
- Maintaining a filing system for accounts payable and related documents.
About you
You have proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. You have working knowledge of applicable accounts payable processes, procedures, and internal controls. You are highly organised and responsible. You are proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and other financial systems. You have strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
