ROLE SUMMARY
The Architecture Associate Manager works as part of an architectural design team, plans, schedules, organizes, coordinates, and executes the design work on small to medium scale projects with interaction with a Head of Design and the Design Director.

ROLE PROFILE

• Analyse architectural designs and plans.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.
• Supervise CAD technicians and assigning them tasks.
• Schedule and delivering skill enhancement workshops.
• Develop a thorough design philosophy, effectively contributing to the inception and the development of a project.
• Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.
• Responsible, with guidance from senior team members, for the preparation and compilation of design presentations and design reports.
• Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor’s queries, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years project related experience in cinema and other entertainment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of the appropriate documents and procedures and experience with development and implementation of models where the client was utilizing design-build or a similar model for the first time.
• Experience with owners, construction management teams, administrators and/or experience working professionally with a similar or related clientele in delivery of design-build projects.
