About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall safety of guests and colleagues across various locations of Aquaventure Waterpark. Important part of the role will be to enforce rules and regulations and ensure park maintenance and cleaning standards are adhered to.
Person in this role will have a diverse set of responsibilities that include:
- direct supervision of Team Leaders, Lifeguards and Communication Centre Attendants
- monitoring service needs to ensure a high quality of guest experience
- partnering with Recreation Department in the management of the daily operation of the Aquaventure Guest Services Huts, Aquaventure Cabanas, Guest Buggies and Recreational Leisure activities of the resort
- development of the Team Leaders through annual performance reviews
- carrying out the daily inspections of the waterpark, pools and beaches prior to colleagues and guest use
About You
Our ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a Waterpark/Themepark operation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role leading a large team. Additionally, you need to have strong communications skills and have a proven track record of initiatives taken to improve operation. You should be able to operate in a high volume environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management and line staff.
