JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing the Centrepoint Retail Stores for UAE.

Develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes that support the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Oversee performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, development plans & talent management process.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

Manage the Manpower Budgets & Staff Cost

Work closely with various stakeholders for the implementation of the various HR initiatives, engagement programs etc.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices & make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.

Store Visits & HR Audit.

HR Connect with Store Staffs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Analyze HR metrics across the stores and present the data in dashboard formats for senior management.

Ensure HR processes and Retail SOP compliance at all levels with strict governance and take necessary actions as deemed appropriate with extreme confidentiality and sensitivity.

Work closely with L&D team to implement the various training programs for retail staff.

Deft in running the various assessment centers and creating competency framework for retail roles.

Minimum Qualification: MBA

Minimum years of experience: 7-8
