Job Description
Bukhatir Education Advancement & Management (Beam) is best known for its excellence in operating the US and UK Curriculum schools under the banner of the American School of Creative Science (ASCS) and International School of Creative Science (ISCS) in the UAE. Our campuses’ environment are carefully designed to promote traditional moral values and ethos in addition to building critical thinking skills and academic excellence amongst its pupils.

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting Beam Schools with all Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities, hiring the best available talent on the basis of approved Manpower Plans efficiently using all the recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership and full execution of the recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, Offering and supporting onboarding/mobilization).
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders and act as a business partner to understand their needs and meet expectations.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
Conduct reference checks for candidates and ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage applicant tracking system/internal tracker, constantly update and circulate relevant metrics to the management.
Submit the weekly and monthly recruitment update and presentations to relevant stake holders BUs/Schools and Beam/Group management.
Coach and guide the new team members.
Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience of full recruitment life cycle in education environment.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
Extensive IT proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Good knowledge of the various UAE Ministries and legal documentation.
Knowledge of relevant software systems and recruitment channels.
The ability to carry out a high volume of routine work to high standards of accuracy and speed
