Job Overview

As an Assistant Relationship Manager – Assetsyou be responsible to provide top quality service for day-to-day business affairs to their customers. Manage 360-degree relationship with the customer, this will include customer profiling, catering to the customer’s Forex, Trade & Asset requirements. Furthermore, you will be required to achieve high levels of service standard and maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and anti-money laundering regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers.
  • Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
  • Handle service quality and operational issues of the assigned portfolio.
  • Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client.
  • To keep up to date with latest market trends, customer preferences, changing customers  behaviour patterns and new products, as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors.
  • Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets.
  • Solicit new to bank and new to product leads.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and endeavour to close the deals with the assistance from the Product Specialist and other stakeholders.
  • Be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling etc. and comply with the same.
  • Be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Skills and Experience 

  • Graduate, preferably Business/Finance/Accounting.
  • 4-5 years Banking experience.
  • SME experience would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic banking operation.
  • Adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Compliance regulation.
  • Well verse with MS office skills.
