Job Description

Job Overview:

The Associate Crew Scheduling Administrator supports the Crew Scheduling group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined General Services procedures. The Associate Crew Scheduling Administrator is a role that allows for the development of new Crew Scheduling related skills. The Associate Crew Scheduling Administrator is responsible for performing basic Crew Scheduling activities and using existing procedures for solving straightforward problems.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Attend training sessions as directed by the supervisor
  • Review and ensure the validity of offshore crew documents
  • Maintain and update the personnel files and training documentation of offshore crew
  • Contact the medical department in cases of employee medical leave
  • Communicate any changes to crew changes to HR and operational departments
  • Assist with supplier nota-fiscal
  • Confirm the official start of vacation for offshore personnel
  • Fill out timesheet forms and deliver reports to the crewing logistics coordinator
  • Maintain and record all important events onboard
  • Prepare personnel onboard reports daily

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in administrative duties
  • Basic understanding of the English language
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with computer software
  • Compliance with McDermott safety and ethics standards
  • Basic understanding of HSE/quality principles and their application
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
