Job Description
Job Overview:
This role requires an understanding of all business processes across the organization, gathering and analyzing business process information & data, well versed with SAP S/4HANA functionality, ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensuring that SAP S/4HANA is configured to meet the organization’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Help analyze and document existing business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
Process Mapping documentation:
- Assist in mapping current business processes, identifying GAPS and documenting the future state processes with SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Participate in process workshops to understand the business workflows and contribute to process improvement discussions.
Solution Design and Configuration:
- Collaborate and assist SAP consultants in configuring SAP S/4HANA based on the defined requirements.
- Help with data migration and integration activities as part of the SAP implementation.
- Ensure SAP solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in executing test scripts for SAP S/4HANA during the testing phases.
- Document and track test results and help ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and tracking issues.
Training and documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Document key business processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
- Support the delivery of training sessions to business users to ensure they understand how to use the new SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Any certification or coursework in SAP or business analysis is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analyst role. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
- Exposure to business process analysis, requirements gathering or system implementation is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionality (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing, Projects etc.).
- Basic knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g. MS Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in implementing or working on SAP Signavio is an advantage.
