Tasks
Gaining insights into the BD Departments daily operations
Overseeing various activities for the team, including business plan coordination, importer and deal data etc.
Personal assistance to the Business Development leadership team, to support them on strategic topics
Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
Supporting in the coordination and drafting of importer contracts
Support in creating and adapting market briefings Building presentations and ad hoc administration to support the team
Coordination of department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk

Qualifications
Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
University studies in Business Administration, Economics or related field
Excellent oral and written English language skills
Advanced MS Office Skills (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Attention to detail
Outgoing personality
Quickness to grasp new tasks
Independent work style, self-management
Availability for 6 months

Business Development Department Overview:

At Porsche, the Business Development department is responsible for supporting and enabling our business partners (Importers & Dealers) to enhance overall market performance. We solve problems and provide strategies on how, when and where we can expand within the network, who to partner with and what they need to be successful to grow the eco system long term.

How to apply?
Full time position
Fixed term for 6 months
Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
