Cashier – Arabic Speaker – Dubai

POSITION
Main Responsibilities

Retail Transactions

» Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments.

» Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

» Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

» Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

» Greet customers entering establishments.

» Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

» Resolve customer complaints.

» Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

» Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services.

» Answer telephones to provide information

» Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired.

Other

» Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories.
