Demand and Supply Planner
Drive the Demand and Supply Planning and implement improvements and tools to
deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc.)
Drive the S&OP process including demand and forecasting.
Detailed analysis of the excess, aged inventory & Obsolescence and follow up on necessary
actions with commercial team.
Ensuring optimum level of inventory at all the time to avoid stock outs & maintain target DOH.
Responsible for raising purchase requisitions in the systems as required and forwarding them to
procurement for orders to be raised
Fully manage the planning & timely replenishment of all skus and collaborate with the planning team.
Preparing the products likely to run out (LTRO) report on a weekly basis for action to be taken. Conclusive follow ups to ensure that all products appearing in the products likely to run out
(LTRO) reports are received and if not get expected dates from procurement team and share the
details with the commercial team.
Providing information to the commercial team on receipt of stocks received ordered for special
projects and ensuring on-time invoicing the stocks.
Proactively engaging the customer service team to find out if they have any unusual orders or
orders for irregular items for action to be taken.
Prepare OTIF reports and analyzing the RCA & CAPA for the KPI failures
Reviewing the outstanding orders and providing the CS team with ETA’s and alerting the team
on availability of items that were out earlier out of stocks
Ensuring a strict replenishment cycle, which should cultivate good discipline.
Preparing Monthly reports (ABP consumption, Sales Cut-off, Reconciliation of inbounds stocks
etc…) required by the business.
Attend all relevant training courses in order to develop skills and increase knowledge of
Diversey’s products required to carry out role.
Assist with other areas of the business as required, providing back up/cover where necessary.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Ideal candidate will have a very high level of analytical skills in demand and supply planning. The candidate will be an integral member of the supply chain department and will be drive the S&OP process, Otif Analysis & Aged Inventory. The ultimate goal will be to ensure timely and accurate supply of quality goods to Diversey customers by optimizing the Inventory.
