Deputy Boutique Manager – Operations

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will partner with the Boutique Manager & other Deputy Managers to actively participate in the daily success of our Mall of the Emirates boutique. You are confident to lead all operational activities for the boutique, enhancing and up-skilling the performance of the back-office team & consistently lead by example. In this key role, you will contribute and participate in the operations management comunity, representing your boutique and collectively design the retail improvement required to elevate Cartier as a brand.

As our Deputy Manager of Opetations, you will guarantee the application and reliability of all financial procedures (petty cash, bank deposits, cash collection…) and act as the warrant of the accuracy of the cash desk reports. You are easily able to guarantee the application of all stock procedures, ensure the optimal stock mode at all times & accurately manage all inventories (annual counts, spot counts & cycle counts).

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English  with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients – other languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, French or Russian would be a plus but not mandatory. You have demonstrated experience working in boutique operations & have strong people management skills to lead a team, inspire them & elevate their skills within the back-office. You have a strong passion for luxury and alredy have previous work experience in the luxury environment, understanding Maison codes & clientelling behaviours and trends in the UAE. You are highly organized, process orientated & driven by high standards of quality – SAP experience would be a plus.
