Digital Learning Trainee (UAE NATIONAL)
Position Purpose
At Sephora we inspire our customers, empower people, and help them become the best versions of themselves. As a Digital Learning Trainee, you play a key role in that. In this role, you will join the Sephora University training team to support with executing the learning strategy of our Sephora Retail Team. This includes carrying out administrative support to the UAE & KSA team in organizing the training logistics and video content creation. You support to our Sephora University team will help create a workplace where our people are valued, differences are celebrated, and learning is accelerated.
Key Accountabilities
As a Digital Learning Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sephora University Training Strategy to deliver a seamless and impactful learning experience for our retail teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to KSA & UAE trainers, including organizing training sessions, managing training invitations, and coordinating logistics (travel for attendees, catering suppliers).
- Assisting with in-store brand training operations by coordinating training invites between stores and brands and tracking training-related incentives through our reporting tool and preparing quarterly reports.
- Supporting learners by managing user access and navigation on our digital learning platform.
- Contributing to content creation, including video production and editing, to enhance learning materials on the digital platform.
- Compiling and managing monthly reports on trainers’ store visits and activities.
- Supporting the onboarding process by facilitating the learning journey for new joiners.

- You have Digital & content creation skills.
- You are a go-getter, highly motivated and are enthusiastic about your job.
- You are eager to develop MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage data and handle with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills
