The Digital Marketing Executive is primarily responsibility is to support the Marketing Communications Manager with the planning, implementing, and optimizing of digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI. The role will be critical in driving business growth through data driven decision-making and continuous improvement of our marketing strategies. Additionally, assisting the Communications Manager on an ad-hoc basis may be required to help deliver all marketing activity ensuring all communication strategies and KPIs are met.


  • Develop, execute, and continually refine performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, LinkedIn, and others to maximize ROI and achieve conversion goals
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, including images, copy, and video content that resonate with the business needs
  • Work with the team to enhance the organic search presence through SEO best practices and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns effectively
  • Identify opportunities for conversion rates. Implement A/B tests and other CRO strategies to enhance user experience and conversion pathways
  • Select and target the most suitable platforms and audiences for specific campaigns, adjusting placements as needed for maximum impact
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights and make recommendations for ROI improvement
  • Monitor, and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) and cost control
  • Manage creative agency from initial briefing through to ad management
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive performance
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation
  • Management of Media Purchase and placement ensuring quality, timeliness and progressing relationships with media suppliers as part of position development
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for driving ROI and revenue growth
  • Support MENAT countries with adhoc marketing requests ensuring all activity is delivered to agreed deadline and budget
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of optimizing digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools
  • Strong creative and analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and performance management role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is a must
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Results-driven mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-term projects effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and deliver work on time and budget
  • Ability to develop good internal working relationships
  • Ability to negotiate and manage media relationships in a cost-effective fashion.
