You will join the Distributor sales team in the Dubai regional office and will be working together with a highly commercial team and markets where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed are part of the everyday job.

You will be responsible for driving the implementation of the category agenda for Arla Foods across markets like Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain and some others Distributor sales key markets in the MENA region while working closely with local distributors.

Doing so, you will be responsible for :

  • Enabling the brand/category growth via in-market execution campaigns, working closely with Category Development teams, Regional and DS, and Sales Heads internally and externally with our distributors.
  • Owning and executing marketing ATL, BTL, and Digital calendar as per aligned marketing budgets, for up to 08 markets simultaneously.
  • Agency briefing, production, and finally deployment in the markets
  • Owning the Perfect Stores agenda and will be tracking and monitoring, reporting our in-market execution, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Collecting  and analyzing Competitive intelligence would be an important part of your role
  • With analysis skills, you would calculate ROI on campaigns and take corrective actions
  • Planning and executing NPD launches in-market
  • With your exceptional event management skills, you will be responsible for overseeing internal events such as team events and distributor events. Additionally, you will handle distributor communications related to events and campaign launches.

Your profile

  • You have sound expertise in trade marketing operations along with exposure to digital marketing campaigns and are actively engaged in designing and rolling out both traditional as well as digital campaigns.
  • Agency experience is advantageous.
  • You have an eye for details and enjoy working under pressure and deadlines, multi-task.
  • You identify yourself as a self-starter, team player, passionate and outgoing personality with excellent networking skills.
  • Structured with a proven track record of working effectively with multilevel stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Actively engaged in designing and rolling out both traditional and digital campaigns
  • Bachelors holder in commerce, Masters is a plus
  • Your presentation skills are good, and you are well-spoken
  • You understand your customer’s value chains and are used to working with consumer pricing, promotions, and know when to push or pull
