Entertainment Creative Assistant Manager

Job Description
JOB SCOPE

• Develop a creative, collaborative culture within teams throughout all parks.

• Assist with research for entertainment, event and show development.

• Attend and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all events/shows in all parks.

• Uphold creative vision while working within all Intellectual Property guidelines.

• Identify talent resources locally and globally.

• Build great partnerships with all colleagues in all lines of business throughout parks.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage the entire portfolios library of creative entertainment offerings.

• Participate and take lead as needed with event rehearsals, execution, and set-up.

• Attend events monitoring quality control.

• Review safety risks in proposed entertainment elements.

• Assist in developing a creative culture within the Creative Entertainment department.

• Provides guidance and mentorship to entertainment colleagues for growth and development.

• Additional duties as assigned.

ESSENCIAL

• Higher Secondary or Equivalent

• 5 years’ experience in entertainment role or environment

• Working knowledge of entertainment production, creative development, stage direction, and rehearsal process.

DESIRABLE:

• Study in Theatrical or Performing Arts.

• Theme Park and/or Special Events background.

• Highly organized able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, performs well under pressure.
