Description: 

Short Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in the culinary division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing projects and campaigns, as well as supporting the overall functioning of the marketing department involving administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Project ManagementAssisting with planning, executing, and evaluating marketing projects and campaigns working with cross-functional teams. Includes developing project networks, timelines, creating marketing materials, coordinating events and analysing campaign results.

    Administrative Support: Includes managing and preparing reports, processing supplier orders, invoices, and maintaining databases.

    Budget Management: Managing the overall marketing budget, tracking expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budget and providing rolling forecasts.

    Data Analysis: Analysing research and market data to identify trends and opportunities and presenting findings to senior management.

KPIs

  • To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • You should be comfortable working with data and have experience in marketing analytics.
  • You should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work experience requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field

– Strong organizational and project management skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Ability to analyse data and present findings in a clear and concise manner

– Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
