Farm Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Farm Supervisor to oversee operations at a Farm located in Mushrif. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 10 farm workers, ensuring the smooth execution of daily farm activities.
This role requires effective team supervision, hands-on management of farm operations, and strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage 10 farm workers
- Oversee and coordinate daily farm activities and operations
- Ensure efficient execution of tasks and maintain productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
- Higher Secondary School Certificate
- Good supervisory and team management skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken) is required
- UAE driving license is preferred
