About the Role
- Manage and oversee key client accounts, providing comprehensive accounting and tax services.
- Drive the digital transformation of internal finance operations, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE & international accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and client growth.
- Play a pivotal role in business development, supporting sales growth for the Finance Consulting Division.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Lead client engagements, offering expert accounting, tax, and financial consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate financial advice on accounting, tax,corporate tax, transfer pricing, benchmarking, and regulatory matters.
Financial & Accounting Management
- Oversee client accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate, IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Implement and monitor effective cash flow management for client accounts.
Audit Preparation & Compliance
- Lead audit preparations for client accounts, ensuring timely submission of documentation.
- Support clients with financial reviews and regulatory compliance, including UBO, and AML regulations.
Taxation & VAT Management
- Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax compliance for clients, offering audit support and health checks.
- Provide strategic tax-saving advice, assess the impact of corporate tax, and support transfer pricing strategies.
- Should have Knowledge in KSA Vat filing & KSA cooperate Tax filing
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Develop and implement Management Information System (MIS) reports tailored to client needs.
- Provide actionable financial insights to clients for improved decision-making.
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive the growth of the Finance Consulting Division by achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams to enhance lead generation through strategic networking and client referrals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA, ACCA, CA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, UAE tax regulations, and international tax laws.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering exceptional financial services.
- Strong background in audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting in the UAE (KSA experience is a plus).
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in VAT, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks, Odoo etc.) and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Project management skills to support client accounting needs.
- Ability to explain things logically and concisely
