Job summary :

  • Supports DSD Finance Department to perform various finance operational activities.
  • Supports in the development and implementation of various financing programs.
  • Manage and organize data for reporting to key stakeholders including senior management.
  • Support various activities to drive compliance within DSD Finance

What you will do:

This position may include some or all of the following tasks:

Operations Support:

  • Manage Dealer Performance Governance tools: Dealer Profile and Dealer Scorecard Management
  • Administration of Dealer Credits and managing Dealer Requests for Payment
  • Past Due and Past Due Interest Management, credit blocks administration and dealer invoicing activities
  • Supports management and various stakeholders by providing quality data reports as may be requested.
  • Implement Lean projects.

Financing Solutions:

Support the Enterprise Strategy by managing specific financing programs:

  • Support the development of new Financing Programs and renewal of existing ones.
  • Implement monthly drawdown requirements of existing Financing Programs
  • Support the governance of the existing Programs

Others:

The incumbent will be called upon from time to time to support various projects within the organization.

What you have:

Basic Requirements:

  • Requires a Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or accounting college degree.
  • Minimum two (3) years practical experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data Analytical skills

Skill Descriptors:

  • Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
  • Attention to details and understands the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding.
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
  • Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customers, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce within the company and dealer management.
