Job Description

Front Office Manager
As an Front Office Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

    What you will be doing:

  • Managing the Front office  department efficiently and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • A Senior leader of the Rooms Division leadership team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
  • Effective recruitment, selection and training for all positions within the dept.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to teams on rooms occupancy, arrival and departures, functions /event and special attention that is needed.
  • To participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
