POSITION OBJECTIVE
This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs Actual products and packaging ; developing distinctive logos ,designs and manuals for products and in house brands, and creating visual designs for corporate literature
Key Responsibilities
1.
Creative Solutions
Understand the creative and business needs
Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets
Create designs and concepts for various packaging designs relevant to category
Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the buying team
Determine suitable packaging ideas for specific product to enhance the product and get newness and refershing element in range
Develop graphics and layouts for thematic packaging designs
Create graphic artworks such as original prints and patterns.
Development and approvals of artwork will be sole responsibility in coordination with buying team
Communicate to vendors regarding timelines for the packaging.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams for creating artworks and approval.
Come-up with new ideas as per global trends and market

Miscellaneous
Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and needs of the customers.
Coordinate and assist with the buying team and other cross functional teams.
Supplier management
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design
Time management to meet deadlines.
DISPLAY
QUALIFICATION
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Graduate Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential
Advanced
Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from any Accredited Institute
Certification in Adobe Photoshop preferable
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience
2 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design

Knowledge of Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Quark Express
Knowledge of Windows & MAC Operating Systems, Flash 5.0, FreeHand, large format Printer operations and maintenance
