KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Study & document business requirements, GAP analysis and design & implement solutions to meet changing business requirements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve problems faced by end-users, in using IT systems.
  • Part of implementation, rollout or support teams for any region of DPW
  • Ensure individual entity implementations adhere to Global Design Template
  • Provide Financial application demos to DP World group companies that are interested in implementing Cloud Financials
  • Provide answers to queries raised by Business regarding the application and its functionalities.
  • Participate in all important Business User interaction sessions such as SIT, UAT and training
  • Capable of preparing required documentation for SIT, UAT, Training, Internal FDD etc.
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
  • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Supports on fusion finance operational issue in the assigned region in their time zone
  • Responsible for enhancement and integration, data migration , reconciliation, period close etc
  • Prepare training manual, user manual etc. and conduct end-user training.
  • Manage small and medium sized projects.
  • Perform other duties assigned by line manager, from time-to-time.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 – 16 years of experience in a similar environment e-business or Fusion.
  • Expertise in implementing/ maintaining IT systems, using Oracle EBS/Fusion
  • Skills in process re-engineering.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials implementations as a functional lead
  • Experience with the business processes in Financials modules including: GL, AR, AP, CM and FA.
  • Experience in designing Oracle Cloud Financial System for large multinational Company.
  • Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues
  • Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate.
  • Self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Creative thinking, Analytical skills and Communication and presentation skills
