HR Assistant – UAE National Only, PXT

Key job responsibilities
• Provide Associate support on HR related topics, ensuring an engaging workplace environment.
• Dealing with day-to-day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance).
• Managing time and attendance system.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for our people, escalates as appropriate.
• Audits and analyzes key findings.
• Leads process improvement initiatives. Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.
• Performs project tasks as directed.
• Ensuring compliance with company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records.
• Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
• Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders
• All other duties and responsibilities as needed.

A day in the life
As a HR Assistant you will support in fulfillment center. Our HR Assistants are the first point of contact for our operation associates, when it comes to all things HR related.
This is a varied, complex role and every day is different!

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dubai, ARE

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 6+ months of human resources experience
– 6+ months of customer service experience
– 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
– High school or equivalent
– Experience in confidential environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 1+ years of human resources experience
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
