HR Coordinator
What you’ll do:
- Recruitment process: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Prepare offer letters in liaison with the HRS and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Eaton Philosophy & Values.
- Ensure that HRMS data is accurate and Talent Hub tools are fully utilized.
- Work with the business to manage the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage poor performers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle employee documentation, including contracts.
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve payroll-related inquiries. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Build/manage a business relationship with Labor Councils– be compliant to labor law at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) from an accredited institution required, Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or any similar field with demonstrated business acumen.
- Legal and labor law knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing industry or in a similar scaled operational environment.

- Knowlege of Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, Labour Relations, Inclusion & Diversity and Matrix Organization.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP knowledge is preferred.
