HSE Officer

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure work environment and minimizing risks across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Investigate workplace incidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Maintain and update HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
