Human Resources Officer(Female)

Summary

Main Duties and responsibilities:

Administration

  • Provide smooth and efficient administrative support in the Human Resources Department by assisting the Human Resources Manager in the planning, coordination and implementation of all office administration of the Human Resources Office.
  • Responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel files.
  • Coordinate and administer all paper flow within the Department.
  • Ensure that personnel records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsible for the timely completion and submittal of training records and reports.
  • Prepare a monthly vacancy report.

Operational

  • Assist in making sure that Associate Facilities are maintained to Hyatt International’s high standards of operation.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and administration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, and recruitment programs.
  • Maintain all applications, screen and interview applicants suitable for positions.
  • Maintain an updated list of applicants and applicant files.
  • Carry out recruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements.
  • Prepare and place newspaper and internet advertisements for open positions.
  • Contact applicants for screening interviews.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs.
  • Screen applications and resumes.
  • Interview candidates when necessary and refer suitable candidates to Department Heads.
  • Ensure that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/reject letters are sent out.
  • Coordinate all visas and immigration activities when necessary and monitor the passports and immigration papers of foreign national associates.
  • Prepare letters of offer for new hires.
  • Check and document applicant references.
  • Assist with the coordination of the associate recognition programs.
