JOB TITLE
Indirect Tax Analyst
ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, and liaising with tax authorities as necessary, collaborating with BU teams to prepare required analysis as required by Tax authorities
ROLE PROFILE
- To participate and contribute to the success of month-end close
- To provide support for the Senior Statutory Returns Analyst and Team Leader on Indirect Tax-related queries and specific projects
- Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of company’s monthly/quarterly transactions and Use Tax Returns, ensuring returns are filed accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing and analyzing Use Tax Accruals
- Assist with tax compliance including preparing property tax returns, processing payments and appeals
- Assist in documenting processes and special projects as assigned
- Assist with improving the tax reporting and compliance process
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 1 year Indirect Tax experience
- Excellent English Language
- Experience in working with integrated software system (SAP) is an advantage
- High communication skills
