What you’ll be doing

  • Design and implement PMO processes, standards, and templates.
  • Maintain project controls and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Review and maintain individual workstream plans and the integrated master plan.
  • Generate detailed schedule reports (e.g., critical path, baseline vs. actual, milestones).
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure program leadership has complete, accurate project information by collating and challenging data from workstream leads.
  • Manage consolidated status reporting at both workstream and program levels.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly reporting board packs.
  • Support program governance by maintaining plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and change control documentation.
  • Manage issue resolution and risk mitigation at the workstream level, escalating when necessary.
  • Own and maintain the RAID log (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions).
  • Maintain and update the Change Control log, capturing decisions and actions from the Change Control Board.
  • Establish and monitor scope change management processes, including documentation, assessment, and escalation.
  • Maintain version-controlled project documentation, ensuring stakeholder accessibility.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet).
  • Drive integration across project teams and manage critical interdependencies.
  • Assess and review the quality of key program deliverables.

What you’ll need to succeed

• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience within a similar role is essential

• Relevant experience in supporting large ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP transformations
• Multicultural approach with experience of working within the MENA region would be an advantage
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management, organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence particularly interpersonal skills
• Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate report
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Certification (Prince 2 or PMP) would be preferred.
