Learning and Development Executive

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The job holder will be responsible for training needs assessment and design and delivery of the training calendar plan within the Concept.

DO — Key Responsibilities

1.

Learning and development & Delivery effectiveness

Work with L&D Manager increating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing and delivering training modules

and implement training initiatives to support team development and skill enhancement.

Provide inputs in designing training content (internally administered) in line with concept/ business requirements to ensure effective and high quality training delivered to employees

Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure objectives are met.

Support training for newly opened attractions/stores to support the operations and conduct the onboarding Training for new joiner and refresher training for existing team.

Manage the Learning & Development budget and ensure training programs are cost-effective.

Plan along with the L& D Manager the annual training budget for the concept.

Training Calendar & Administration

Work with L&D Manager in planning, coordinating, executing and follow up on all training activities within the Landmark Leisure in a timely manner.

Ensure availability of training tools/materials and training logistics.

Maintain an ongoing L&D calendar for the Landmark Leisure and ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximised.

Performing administrative tasks to ensure proper maintenance of training records, reports supplies, filing, training materials and L&D shared drive.

Maintain Landmark Leisure Learning & Development standards.

3.

People Management

Along with L& D Manager, monitor team development and provide feedback/resolution for any opportunities observe during training or team engagement.

Taking ownership to perform any additional duties as assigned by the Learning & Development Manager and continuously supporting HR initiatives.

Provide support to managers and staff on training issues and career development.

Advanced

Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

Graduate/ Diploma holder

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience

Teaching/Training experience or any relevant Learning and Development experience

Ability to train/passionate in learning and development

Ability to learn new skills in L&D functions

Advance knowledge of various Taining tools
