Manager Advanced Technology Products


Accountabilities (6 – 8 accountabilities max)

  • Collect and analyze data related to product usage, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Create AI, NLP, and advanced technology product roadmap.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user surveys to gather feedback and inform product improvements.
  • Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Critique and validate go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to abstract away complexity, both in the context of feature scope and in creating intuitive experiences for our users.
  • Conduct qualitative research with partners to understand customer needs and desires.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to constantly improve the product.
  • Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support, legal, and finance).
  • Define, manage and track key product delivery KPIs and OKRs.

4. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science, or a related field.


  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in data management products, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have the ability to combine data, UX design, and technology to solve difficult customer problems and deliver world-class solutions to users.
  • You are someone with strong adaptability and a keen learner.
