Manager – HR (Onboarding & Visa Management)

Job Description

  1. Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the Onboarding & Visa Management team, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to SLAs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and onboarding & offboarding activities, and stay compliant as per the process
  3. Ensure service standards are maintained to eliminate errors, delays & escalations, controlling the fines and cost leakages.
  4. Consider lapses as an area of opportunity, perform RCA, identify cause, plan and implement long term solutions.
  5. Ensure all service procedures are in-place and continually evaluated for greater efficiency.
  6. Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and PRO-related regulations.
  7. Service reviews with team, presenting value-adding analysis of performance, identifying trends and recommending new ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  8. Develop and present weekly/monthly dashboards on visa status, renewals, medical insurance, and other onboarding activities.
  9. Leverage existing technology capabilities to reduce manual efforts, simplify processes with end objective as efficiency and accuracy improvement.
  10. Drive Continuous Improvement mind-set and embed the culture in the team:
    1. Eliminate non-value added activities.
    2. Pro-actively identify and work on HR Technology to progress automation opportunities.
  11. Identify process simplification initiatives and drive the implementation

Qualifications

  1. Oracle HCM – Expert or Equivalent
  2. MS Office – Expert or Equivalent
  3. MS Excel – Expert
  4. People Management – Expert or Equivalent
  5. End to end exposure in onboarding and Visa Mgmt
  6. Good to have knowledge in payroll and employee life cycle management
