Job Overview:
This role is pivotal in supporting the team in delivering high-quality investment advice and service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Finance, excellent analytical and organizational skills, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client support : assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations and reports to clients. Respond to client enquiries and provide necessary follow up,
- Administrative duties : submit and execute transactions, maintain accurate client records and documentation, manage schedules, handle correspondence related to investment activities,
- Compliance : ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation,
- Technology and Tools: utilize financial software and tools to support investment analysis and reporting. Stay up to date with new tools and technologies,
- Research and Learning: stay informed about financial markets, trends, products, prepare analytical reports and summaries to support investment decisions. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Private Banking experience is preferred
- Strong commitment to work
- Highly proactive, team player, with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Financial Software and Tools is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
