Key Accountabilities:
- Manage deliverables in order to achieve the target of assigned project. Prepare weekly updates, as annual plan related to assigned project.
- Support Security design, Deployment and compliance i.e., focal point for selecting the appropriate security controls in accordance with the Lawful Interception requirements and standards to provide needed LI interfaces for du infrastructure and services.
- Ensure availability of capacity on Lawful Interception-related infrastructure meets the business & technology teams’ forecast.
- Support Progressive reduction of annual capital expenditure on large scale security technologies by employing innovative technologies, consolidation of security controls.
- Support in forecasting & evaluating activities of the project deliverables and to recommend annual budget for targeted project.
- Recommend security technologies targeting the appropriate and relevant security risks with a minimal impact to the service offerings and transparent to the users’ service-related activities.
- Continuously developing the IOC processes to ensure the ability to deliver consistent security deployments within the agreed scope and designated timeline.
- Assist in Research and deployment of projects leading to operational cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of engineering degree in electronics and communication or computers or electrical and electronic
- Bachelor’s degree with non-engineering background is considered by calculating the experience.
Experience:
- Good understanding of technical aspects relating to the entire Telecom Security, including Fixed/Mobile (Data & Voice), IT/BSS and OSS, VAS, IN
Skills
- Good at communicating both to the security team and to non-technical teams.
- Excellent writing skills, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Understanding of information legislation
- Technical expertise in technologies such as Content Security (WAF, Anti-X), Infrastructure Security (FW, NAC, DDoS), Strong Authentication (2-Factor Authentication, Single-Sign-On, …), Endpoint Security, Data Leak Prevention, Security events monitoring, Vulnerability/Patch Management, WLAN, VoIP etc. preferred
- Good knowledge on switching and routing security, including L2/L3 IP MPLS preferred
- Good knowledge on basic services, such as DNS, DHCP, AAA, Syslog, NTP, etc. preferred
