Role Summary

Responsible for managing both internal and employer branding communication in the Regional Communications team. Will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall internal communications strategy and help create an inclusive environment of shared understanding, making colleagues feel informed and connected with the work of the organization and its mission.

What’s On Your Plate?

Develop and execute strategic communications and engagement designed to support key business objectives and long-term goals by using multiple digital communication channels to reach internal employees across the organization.

Write and edit a variety of deliverables including key messages, narratives, presentations, toolkits, intranet stories, leader (CXO/VP/MD) emails, newsletter content, speeches, scripts, storyboards, and digital posts.

Create integrated cross-functional tactical communications plan for business departments such as; Employee Experience, People & Culture, Total Rewards, Corporate Responsibility, Public Affairs, Talent Acquisition and Development.

Manage and create engaging content for the internal communications channels (intranet, email, in-person events, virtual events etc) and regularly evaluate the efficiency of the channels used, making continuous improvements;

Ensure continuous improvement by measuring communications impact and effectiveness. Collect and analyze data, make recommendations to improve our approach and the results of future communications to maximize impact.

Bring the human side to digital through the power of storytelling and thought leadership, identifying and managing a continual pipeline of employee stories.

Act as ‘Subject Matter Expert’ by providing in-depth knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.

What Did We Order?

3-5 years’ experience in an internal communications role, ideally in-house, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones

Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

Understanding of various channels of internal communication in a hybrid environment, including with managing an intranet

Experience, including drafting and publishing of written and audio-visual content

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

A strategic and creative thinker with strong story-telling skills

The ability to listen to and interact confidently with others

Positive and flexible attitude; high degree of integrity and professionalism; ability to work under pressure
