Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management, EEMEA– Cyber & Intelligence (ID Theft Protection)

Overview:
The Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) team is responsible for Mastercard’s safety and security related products and solutions (product) management efforts to protect the integrity of the electronic payment system as well as well as protect the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that puts our consumers at risk of Identity Theft.

Role:
Manager level role focused on our ID Theft Protection services portfolio, leveraged by clients globally and with responsibility for growing revenue with new clients in key market segments.

  • Build and develop an active pipeline, ultimately progressing to signed C&I deals
  • Assist regional product teams to implement regional strategy
  • Demonstrate thought-leadership, product/technology development expertise and strong relationships internally and externally
  • Foster and maintain a close partnership with our service provider to drive sales of ID Theft Protection for issuers, acquirers, merchants, Telcos and digital giants.
  • Understand the required product functionality and features, and commercialization of products in consultation with internal stakeholders (i.e., product teams, customer delivery, relationship managers, Operations & Technology, Legal, Franchise, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting

Overview of Accountabilities:

  • Creates a consultative selling experience to identify customer needs and customize solutions
  • Collaborates with the practice GTM leader overall Specialist Sales strategies that drive profitable revenue growth and value creation (e.g., go-to-market delivery strategies/tools, customer product portfolio and sales enablement infrastructure)
  • Build and consolidates a strong sales pipeline and monitors opportunities within the region or industry segment
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with product and account teams
  • Collaborates with account leads and customers to prioritize product initiatives
  • Develops relationships with internal constituencies to ensure a high level of awareness of products and services

All About You:

  • Strong experience of cybersecurity services, solutions and/or product sales
  • In-depth understanding of current cybersecurity tools, technologies, and trends
  • Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships based on empathy, thought leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Strong consulting or solution selling background with success with short sales cycles; never give up attitude, excellent at ‘pounding the pavement’ through email/phone cold outreach
  • Ability to thrive and build robust pipeline with limited lead generation support
  • Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues
  • Revenue management and P&L experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
  • Knowledge of payment industry, fraud, and the broader competitive landscape and industry trends a plus
  • Advanced degree helpful
