Job Description

We are looking for an individual with sharp design thinking, Product development, Program management skills and orientation toward data driven decision making for optimizing and innovating the Last Mile product for Landmark E-commerce function. The role will involve close collaboration with all Landmark brands / concepts, warehouse, line haul, last mile, and other teams to ensure best in class product development and enhancements in-line with delivering value to manpower staff, drivers, and the end customers.

Responsibilities:
End to end ownership of discovering, defining, launching, and improving world-class delivery & returns experiences across the value chain

Understand the end-to-end user journey and be able to define requirements, coordinate with tech teams, carry out end to end UAT and manage roll-out of solutions across different geographies

Own the problem statement of how to increase productivity and speed in the ecommerce last mile value chain

Collaborate with multiple teams in product, engineering, operations, and business teams across the organization to develop new / improved solutions.

Spend a significant amount of time initially in the problem space, in the operations as well as technical domain, teasing out and creating a common understanding of current process and technical constraints inhibiting us to achieve our business objectives in this domain. This will be followed by a technical solution proposal and implementation of desired feature and capability sets and roll out.

Requirements

An experienced, data driven and highly collaborative Project leader with a strong customer focus

Have a track record of end-to-end ownership and experience shipping products at scale

Experience in defining and delivering on a product vision and strategy, and the patience to work with competing priorities to deliver value to customers. You can maximize the medium-to-long term impact of the work you do with your partner teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independently of organizational boundaries.

Some experience with fulfillment, logistics, last mile, delivery and returns products and a solid understanding of their possibilities and limitations.

Ability to break down complex problems by applying logical and easy to understand frameworks.

Experience of working with multiple engineering teams, steering product direction from discovery to delivery.

Experience in an e-commerce and logistics domain is a plus.

MBA in SC/ logistics/ Operations / General with high analytical aptitude

8-10+ years of overall E-commerce/ Omni-Channel operations experience with specific experience in Last Mile operations, with a background in retail with atleast 4-5 years of Product experience

Extremely agile mindset with a track record of making strategic changes, thinking out of the box to come up with effective solutions

Passionate believer in adopting new technologies and using them optimally

Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams and getting things done
