Marketing Communications Executive

At Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, we’re not just in the hospitality business—we’re in the storytelling business. We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Executive who knows how to turn ideas into impact and content into conversation.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for digital and print marketing, including social media, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials
Maintain a strong online presence for the hotel across all relevant channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partners for promotional activities and campaigns
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, photo and video shoots
Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Events) to promote offers and experiences
Track marketing performance and generate regular reports and insights
Ensure all marketing materials align with Hyatt brand standards and tone of voice
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local happenings to leverage timely opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or digital communications, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity
A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for storytelling
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Russian, German, or Spanish
