The Merchandising Intern will play a significant role in driving sales and conversion, by creating a best-in-class
customer experience on the app.

Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the merchandising calendar including
maintenance of Quik Home Page, Category Landing Pages, carousels and other relevant real estate
● Working closely with the Marketing Team, Category Managers and Catalog team to coordinate the
launch of promotional plans and campaigns across Quik various assets
● Develop merchandising plans, curating selection and sorting rules whilst balancing customer
experience and commercial objectives to improve user experience, and enhance product discovery and
content
● Strive to understand the customer experience of the app and make suggestions for improvement
where applicable
● Manage effective Product Life Cycle, including new product launches and end of life products (near
expiry)
● Constantly monitor Search, making sure that it is fully optimized and make suggestions and implement
these to improve the customer journey, whilst understanding the commercial impact of these changes
● Review & optimise taxonomy, ensuring effective product discovery

Skills required:
● Ability to analyse data and take data backed decisions
● Ability to hustle and execute on shorter time lines
● Good communication skills – to manage internal stakeholders and get work done by collaborating with
other teams
● Quick learner and excited to learn
