About the role
We are seeking a highly organised an engaging individual to join our team as an Office Manage for our Dubai office. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, secretarial and reception duties as well as office management and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Being the first point of contact for all visitors to our office, making them feel welcome
• Managing supplier and service provider and supporting our Middle East office in administration (travel planning, bookings and accommodation)
• Coordinating and Managing Sunrice Global events as well as local team events
• Bringing the team together in running our weekly office meeting
• Help foster a culture of professionalism and accuracy in all office activities for improved service level to both internal external stakeholders
• Assisting out Head of Middle East with executive assistant responsibilities
About You
This role is an office based in Dubai and requires you to currently reside and have appropriate visa to work in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced office manager with a passion for building a great culture with a strong get-it-done attitude.
Essentially, you currently reside in the Middle East and have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in the region.
You will also have:
• Strong office management experience and can confidently demonstrate how administrative skills
• Excellent English both verbal and written
• MS Office, MS Excel and Outlook skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, you pride yourself on providing a great customer experience to both internal and external stakeholder
• You have excellent attention to detail and are looking for a role where you can use your initiative to help an office run smoothly whilst injecting a positive attitude and energy to your workplace.
