We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual for the role of Office Manager at our Dubai office. As office manager, you would be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including office supplies, facilities management, vendor management, and office equipment maintenance
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment for visitors and employees
  • Handle employee queries and provide support to employees on various issues related to the office
  • Manage communication with external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, and report to senior management on financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Must Have

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing an office and its operations
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to join immediately
