Officer – Pricing Distribution

To accurately files fares, maintain pricing structures, and ensure timely updates across all distribution channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in fare filing process by accurately entering and updating fares in a fare filing system.
• Ensures timely and accurate fare filings in accordance with airline fare structures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors fare discrepancies, resolve issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Works closely with Revenue Management and Pricing teams to implement fare changes and promotional pricing.
• Supports the launch of new fare products and ensure proper configuration in all distribution channels.
• Validates and update taxes (Carrier Imposed Fees), surcharges, and ancillary rates in the pricing system as required.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify fare filing errors.
• Documents all fare filing actions to maintain a comprehensive record of all tasks performed.
• Stays updated on industry trends, fare rules, and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Coordinates and communicates with both internal and external stakeholders on pricing related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
• Experience working in airlines or Revenue Management & Pricing related functions
• ATPCo system knowledge, GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
• Advanced Excel
• 0 – 2 years (with relevant degree)
• 2 – 4 years (without relevant degree)

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
