We are currently recruiting for a Parent Relation Executive, to join our team.

    • Ensuring a smooth link between the school and existing parents and maintain contact with parents and ensure that their concerns and complains are handled effectively.
    • Provide stories, photographs, and other materials for the GEMS newsletter and the school communication channels (e.g. school website, LCD screens, newsletters etc.). be supported in English 9 Co-ordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors, promoting the school’s USPs and presenting the school in the best possible way, to ensure the school achieves or exceeds the enrolment targets.
    • Ensure that the Principal and MSO are regularly briefed about the problems and issues of the parents.
    • Correspond with the head of sections and teachers on issues related to parents, students and school.
    • Resolve issues related to behavior issues by conducting meetings with parents and concerned teachers.
    • Handle transport issues and help the STSS representative to resolve issues related to the same.
    • Handle the communication emails received by the school and send it across to the concerned departments.
    • Assist the registrar in conducting entrance tests and interviews and also by driving enrolments and promoting the school.
    • Help the admission secretary to verify sibling payment information during admissions for siblings.
    • Assist the Arabic secretary as and when required especially complains made by parents to KHDA.
    • Coordinate and conduct parent meetings and conferences to engage parents in school activities and celebrations. Support the school Parent engagement activities. Invite speakers and guests to conduct seminars and lectures for students and parents.
    • Undertake surveys, collate them and produce analysis. Assist with school activities such as Parent Consultation Day, Awards Day, National day etc.
    • Informing parents on how to go about using VLE to access term reports, paying the fees online or to get access to the worksheets. Inform the parents and help in signing the Parent School contract
    • Assist the MSO in dealing with various issues related to school support staff.
    • Assist the accounts to deal with sensitive parents and to make calls for fee collection. In addition, assist Accounts to conduct the suspensions for students who have outstanding fees and contact the parents regarding the same.
    • Prepare bonafide letters and transcript for students as requested by parents.
    • Maintain contacts with various charitable institutions’ to help parents unable to pay the fees.
    • Attend SLT meetings and other meetings as and when needed. Scheduling appointments for Head of school and other leaders with parents as and when required.
    • Guide Parents who want an appointment to meet the principal regarding complains and other issues.
    • Be of assistance in every area of the working of the school as instructed by the management. Updating the social media accounts of the school with the latest information.
  • Ensure the GEMS policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
  • Day to day management of the school’s Front of House/Reception ensuring the provision of quality customer service to new and existing parents across all customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain the decorum and discipline in the reception area. Receive guests and visitors and be the first point of contact in the school. Assist the reception as and when required.
    • Liaise with the Corporate Office related to marketing of new schools.
  • Ensure that the touchpoints and five corners are maintained as per GEMS guidelines. Prepare marcom sheets that are sent to the head office.
