A Snapshot of Your Day:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to execute the key product initiatives and work cross-functionally which enable our executives to deliver the right insights and lead to actionable decisions with value.
Role and Responsibilities
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Suwon office
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to development and launch
- Develop and drive the overall product vision and strategies with meaningful insight into the leadership
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and deeply analyze product performance
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Establish the KPI dashboards for product and sales in a meaningful actionable way
- Make ad-hoc Intelligence reports required to support management meetings and provide timely, accurate, and actionable information
- Database management and ad-hoc reporting as needed by various business units
- Responsible for business analytics through all phases, including data identification, sourcing, collection, analysis, and visualization
- Main tasks are: reporting, forecasting, quarterly close, performance analysis, and preparing VIP/ Executive level decks
- Data visualization: Analyse large datasets, identify patterns, trends, or problematic areas, and present them in an understandable format via reports in PPT or Power BI
Skills and Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years’ experience in product management or a related role with a background in business or e-commerce etc.
- Proven track record of launching successful products with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn about data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent time management with the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
- Comprehensive understanding of sales, financial, and commercial correlations. Ability to focus on detail while being able to grasp the bigger picture
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and work cross-functionally
- Be able to simplify the story around complex issues, articulate commercial/business/finance topics clearly
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal – able to present complex analytics to an executive audience
- Ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources, and relationships
- An aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Hands-on experience with Visual Basic (VBA), and professional usage of Excel functions
- Advanced Data Visualization tools and Big Data Analytics is an advantage
