Project Administrator – Drone (1 year contract)

Job Purpose and Summary

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support for the Drone Implementation project, ensuring efficient progress and communication between teams and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager and the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Documentation and Minutes : Maintain and update all project-related documents, including meeting minutes, project schedules and assist in stakeholder communication.
  • Scheduling: Organize project meetings locally if needed for further alignment on Drone gap identification, Data migration and UAT. Coordinate with participants, ensure room/equipment bookings, and manage any changes or cancellations.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular project status reports and presentations.
  • Task Tracking:  Monitor project tasks, ensuring they’re on schedule and flagging any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Other Duties: Any other related administrative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

What we ask

  • Prior knowledge of ERP implementation will be big plus.
  • Experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in ERP implementations.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools – Excel & PPT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
